Project Overview
The Copley building is the new home for a consolidated laboratory comprised of Sharp Metro Core Laboratory and Sharp Rees-Stealy Laboratory, along with office space for administrative functions. Space types inlcude BSL-2 and BSL-3 labs, specialty spaces and office spaces. Commissioned systems included chilled & hot water system with VAV air handling units with reheat coils. 100% outside air laboratory systems, isolated ventilation for hazardous material storage and other laboratory specific environmental control systems. High efficiency water heaters and low‐flow fixtures. Laboratory gas and deionized water systems for labs.
