Project Overview

Located on the corner of Forbes Boulevard and Allerton Avenue in the heart of South San Francisco, the initial phase of Vantage will consist of two purpose-built life science buildings totaling approximately 343,000 square feet, in addition to a high-end 30,000 square foot amenity center complemented with ample outdoor meeting and community space.

Astellas Pharma discovers, develops, manufactures, and commercializes a wide range of pharmaceuticals. The company’s product portfolio comprises marketed products for the treatment of a wide range of urological diseases, infectious diseases, cancer, nephrology, and metabolic diseases, immunodeficiency diseases, and transplantation.

GMC Commissioning provided LEED Enhanced commissioning services for the Vantage Core and Shell and the Astellas and Healthpeak TIs.  GMC Cx is leveraging our advanced analytics software to provide 100% performance testing of HVAC systems with ongoing support for facilities maintenance.
